If you're looking for something of ours that you've seen but can't find on our website, please send us an email us or if you can pop into your local stockist.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? TOP We prefer payment by bank deposit but do also accept cheque, credit card and paypal. we process all our credit card payments through paypal BUT you DO NOT need to have a paypal account to pay by credit card. when paypal asks you to fill in your log on details, you will see there is a link just below that allows you to bypass logging in.

TOP as long as your item is in stock we will ship your order the day payment is made. if we need to create your item it may be up to 4 days before we ship. if you're in a hurry please let us know. we use overnight courier in new zealand, rural can be longer. australia and world wide orders are shipped with nz post and take 3-10 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? TOP we offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on our items. please note that the product needs to be returned in new condition and we will refund you your purchase price. please note that there is a 25% restocking fee that applies to custom made products such as lamp shades.
